We at Sofafeet hope that you enjoy the products that you purchase from us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your Sofafeet products we have provided you with a 14 day money back guarantee. Please fell free to return your goods in the condition and packaging which they arrived in within this period of time in an unused condition and we will refund your purchase price. However, we are unable to refund your return postage costs.
Once we are ready to dispatch your order we will send you notification that it has left our storage facility. We will endeavour to get your goods to you within 20 working days. If your goods have not arrived within this period of time please contact us so that we may be able to track your Sofafeet package through the mailing system at the earliest opportunity. If we ourselves are aware of any postal disruptions or other issues which may delay your goods that are beyond our control and liability, we will notify you.
As wood is a natural product, the grain on your wooden Sofafeet may appear in a different style and hue to those which we have chosen for this site. As such, please enjoy your wooden Sofafeet as they are each one of a kind!
