Putting your feet on

To attach your Sofafeet, lift your sofa to access the base. You will need some assistance as the sofa will need to be in a stable position in order to attach your feet.

Remove your old feet. If your old feet had a similar pin, check to see if your new Sofafeet fit. If your new Sofafeet do not fit, follow these instructions.

Your sofa should have a wooden base of enough depth to insert the fittings for your Sofafeet (please see below).

There are two methods of attachment for your Sofafeet.

The first is via a threaded pin:

The second is via holes for inserting screws:

If your Sofafeet have pins you will need to drill a hole to insert each foot/castor.

If your Sofafeet have holes you will need screws to attach each foot (screws are provided).

Once you have drilled the hole, fix the hole guide in place (hole guide provided).

Pins

Castors: If you have selected a castor you will need to drill a hole with an 8mm drill bit.

Feet: If you have selected a foot you will need to drill a hole with a 10mm drill bit.

The depth you will need to drill we be given with your instructions which accompany your purchased product.

Holes

If you have selected Sofafeet with holes for screws, the screws will be provided in your package. You will need to make small holes in the base of your sofa to give an insertion point for the screws.
