How long will it take to deliver my Sofafeet to me?

Your Sofafeet will arrive with you within 10-20 days from your purchase date. If your Sofafeet are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours to inform you of the new delivery date. If there is a delay processing your order we will notify you as soon as possible.

Will I need tools to put my Sofafeet on?

You will require either a screwdriver or a drill and hammer, depending on which product you purchase. You will also need help to steady your sofa for attachment. Putting your Sofafeet on should be an easy task. If you require extra help please contact your local carpenter.

If I am unhappy with my Sofafeet, how do I return them?

We provide a 14 day money back guarantee, as long as you can return your Sofafeet to us in their original condition and in their original packaging. If I make a payment, how can I be sure that your website is secure?

We have integrated a 'Paypal' checkout into our website. This means that all of your sensitive details including card numbers are encrypted with the systems used by Paypal. Paypal are a world renowned and reputable ecommerce facilitator.

I am having difficulty navigating around your website, what can I do?

On most of our pages you will find a navigation bar to the left of the page. If this is not the case, please check at the top of the web page for a 'home' button. Our logo at the top of every page will also take you back to our home page. From there you may continue to view all of our web pages. You can also click on the 'back' button in your ISP browser window.
