How long will it take to deliver my Sofafeet to me?
Your Sofafeet will arrive with you within 10-20 days from your purchase date. If your Sofafeet are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours to inform you of the new delivery date. If there is a delay processing your order we will notify you as soon as possible.
Will I need tools to put my Sofafeet on?
You will require either a screwdriver or a drill and hammer, depending on which product you purchase. You will also need help to steady your sofa for attachment. Putting your Sofafeet on should be an easy task. If you require extra help please contact your local carpenter.
If I am unhappy with my Sofafeet, how do I return them?
We provide a 14 day money back guarantee, as long as you can return your Sofafeet to us in their original condition and in their original packaging. We can not pay for the cost of returning your package to us as many items are heavy; to do so would mean an increase in the price of all products. Follow this link to find our mailing address.

I am not a Paypal member, how can I make a purchase?
If you wish to make a purchase, you can do so in any one of the following methods;
- Use the Paypal service to pay for your goods with your credit/debit card, just follow the step by step instructions.
- Fill in a Customer order form to complete your purchase and send it together with your cheque to our mailing address. Click here to fill in an order form manually.
- Send us an email with details of your order. We will send you notification of receipt of your order and your goods will be dispatched on receipt of your cheque sent to us by mail.

We have integrated a 'Paypal' checkout into our website. This means that all of your sensitive details including card numbers are encrypted with the systems used by Paypal. Paypal are a world renowned and reputable ecommerce facilitator.
